donors with individuals or hospitals in need of blood.
- Brahmabindu does not operate as a blood bank
- Brahmabindu does not collect, store, test, transport, or sell blood
- Brahmabindu does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
The App serves only as an information and communication intermediary.
2. User Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to register as blood donors
- Users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
- Users confirm compliance with applicable Indian laws and medical norms
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Brahmabindu is not a medical service provider.
- All medical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals
- The App must not be used as a substitute for medical advice
In medical emergencies, contact local emergency services or hospitals immediately.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Donors
- Donors must self-assess medical fitness
- Donations are entirely voluntary
- No financial transactions are allowed
4.2 Blood Seekers
- Requests must be genuine and lawful
- Information provided must be accurate
5. No Guarantee of Availability
Brahmabindu does not guarantee:
- Donor availability
- Accuracy of location or response time
- Successful donation or transfusion
6. Data Collection & Privacy
- Limited data such as name, phone number, blood group, and location may be collected
- Data is not sold or used for advertising
- Security measures are applied, but absolute security is not guaranteed

7. Prohibited Use
- Providing false information
- Misusing user contact details
- Commercial or illegal usage
- Harassment or coercion
- Hacking or disrupting the App
8. Limitation of Liability
Brahmabindu is not liable for any medical, financial, or personal damages.
All usage is at the user’s own risk.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services such as SMS, maps, or notifications.
Brahmabindu is not responsible for their failures.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, and content belong exclusively to Brahmabindu.
Unauthorized usage is prohibited.
11. Account Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice for violations,
misuse, or legal compliance.
12. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued usage indicates acceptance.
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Odisha.
